Miller/Spring Setup for 308 Dany Spring of Kgap builds an adapter for a GM 700R (overdrive) transmission. It includes an adapter for the starter...either Hudson or GM high performance (shown). (The plate also allows you to use a GM 350 or 400 tranny if $ are an issue). There were several Hudsons on display running this setup. It allows a Hornet to run at 2300 rpm at 70 mph with a Hudson 350 geared rear end.This engine also features electronic ignition...it was the first time anyone present had seen a Hudson engine run without a distributor. This setup, which Lloyd is developing, is not yet in use in a car.
