Hello I have a nice head for a 308 I do not know what you mean by 262?
I am near Sundre in Alberta. I am flying out of province on Saturday and will return end next week. I also have a block dual carburetors and a hydramatic transmission available. I am in need of decent bumpers and door lock cylinders for a 53 Hornet I also need a rebuildable 727 chrysler transmission and wiper tower bases. If you find more than one Dana 44 let me know.
You can have the parts if you come get them.

Ray,

the 262 is the engine that was in the Wasps and Pacemakers. The 262 head off these will fit the 308 but will raise the compression to 7.5:1 basically a shaved down 308 head.

sounds good I will contact you about this as I would like the parts. PM your number and I will call you.

Sean
