That 3K includes delivering it and hiding it behind the shop, and covering it up with a new tarp. Maybe even a pair of those plastic "Groucho" glasses/nose/moustache things to wear when you uncover it, to make sure nobody recognizes you.

Groucho disguise needed to drive this thing (if it runs) so nobody will know who you are.

I think if you sanded this car you might be left with a hubcap and a pile of bondo dust.

This is an example of a 47 that sold for 11.5K engine and interior were perfect. Note that colour and trim make all the difference.

See the right colour on body and wheels and yes with skirts this looks pretty good. Choose the wrong paint at your own peril.

It's the lack of skirts. Thrown them on and it will help to bring the height down to make this tank look longer and lower. I'm sorry, but I think this is a rather dowdy design.

Yeah its dowdy but painted correctly and with skirts and proper trim it can look good against its competitors.

Someone made this guy a best offer which he declined. Probably in the 3-5k range which is where this car belongs. It a shame these uniformed sellers do not seek out guidance. Would quickly see the market for these cars is depressed and 47's 100 times better than this have sold for way less. I expect to see it back in a bit at 10K. Still it will not sell as really its a junker that needs lots of work.

It's sad, but the seller is probably into this car for way more than he's selling for. Unless the seller is desperate, I say enjoy it and wait for your price.

I think he if he paid big bucks for this he is going to take a shower. This car is 3-5K at best. The pic I show about if for an almost perfect car and it sold for 11K what chance does this have. Hopefully he is selling for someone. Before I bought my car I knew nothing of Hudsons but I got online and got up to speed quickly so I knew what a good price was.

It's just like going on a trip to place you've never been before, you need a map to find your way. Since this isn't rocket science, I don't understand people who buy first and think later.
