Yes they will. If you have Twin H the rear aircleaner will need a little mod to clear the wiper motor but nothing radical.
The engine and tranny will fit right in no mods needed.

| Thanks for the information. Never took a good look at a Pacemaker before. It looks smaller, problably lighter.

Yes it has a shorter wheel base and shorter front fenders.
