The car is built in La Carrera Panamericana style.
The engine is a chapter for themselves, 1953 flathead six, tuned by Jeff Clifford who had the world record for drag race from 1950-1959 with precisely this type of engine, this engine is built to "oval track" of him in 1999 as the last before he passed death back in 2000.

Nice looking car. He needs to change the Jeff Clifford to Jack Clifford.

I have seen this, and spoke to the car that got the engine built.
And emailed the current owner, but sadly NO REPLY.
Today I will call him... it's one of a kind car.
