I can't understand why the guy who owned this car before the current seller on ebay would go to the trouble of painting the car and not work on the rust issues. The inside of the car needs work on the sheetmetal. Why would you bother doing the outside when you hadn't fixed that. Very strange maybe he was not going to fix those areas just cover them up.

Oh, no, not this turd again. I thought it got flushed. If someone likes an ugly 70's era Chevy steering wheel jambed into their chest while they drive, this rusted POS is for them. IMHO, a person with the abilities to complete this thing wouldn't pay a premium for another person's crappy workmanship.
