Firs sorry my english its poor. im from finland and car is here too.
It take me 1/2 yer to restore car butt i hav to do it back yard, carage is too full of yank. Rolling Eyes

engine is ford 289+c4 transmission

Hey Kerpele,

thanks for posting. I like what you did to the interior. Is the engine out of a T-Bird as well? the interior looks like its out of a 60's T-Bird. Great job considering it must be hard to find Hudson parts in Finland.

Can you show us some pictures of the dash?

What are you using for a headliner? or are you just going to leave it in paint. I see you mounted some guages inside the dash. That works ok.

headliner i maby ask kanter auto produkts.

rear leaf spring brouken last summer.
but i found new from my frends 51 chevy.
midle 3 leaf i can use from chevy.

In finland, not sure maby 10-20 hudsons. difrent yers and models.

Hi Kerpele!! Nice car!!! Do you plan too come over too Sweden this summer on Power Hot Rod Reunion In Strägnäs?? You fins always have fantasic cars whith you. Last summer I was ther for the firs time whith my Hornet-51 and I will go this summer too. Maybe I see you then.

Jes my plan is to make bigger garage but it may take at least year.

Hi Kerpele! Do try too come over. You will like it very much. Lots of nice cars and good rock n roll music and 1 or 2 beers or more. (I guess more)
We also have Power Big Meet at Västerås. Some people say its the biggest carshow in the world over 10000 cars and last year we hade visitors from 26 countrys.

milen on hudson meter are 78764. i think there are real bacause brakes are like new.


Power meet in västerås is too big for me, i like smooler häppenings.

Yes! I have a Ford 302 whith a edelbrock 4-Barrel and a weiand intake manifold C4 and 8" rearaxel. The car was imported may 2005 from San Diego CA and J bought it in june 2005. The motor and transmision was installed in usa. The firs winter I put a new paint on and this winter I rebuild th motor. J have some troubles too get my speedometer work against the c4. When the meter shows 30 miles the reel speed is 80-90 km/h. Do you have the same problem?

I use Dicital speedo meter. it take impuls from front wheel.
I have 4-barrel carter race competition 750c it is too big.
race nose. home made whole exhaus, wery open.
C4 whit chift kit. and ogginal rear 3.07 ration.

engine and car is light. moves nice whit reasonable trhotle.
