Be careful of heat. Not on drum only on hub. And you are sure the shoes are not binding on the drum?

No that extractor is the wrong kind it will damage the axle shaft. You need the one you were using before.
See this extractor the handle part is called the dog bone you hit that with a small sledge hammer. And you hit it hard this is what breaks the drum free from the axle.
The puller you show in the pic will not work.

I have done many many Hudsons this way. See the way he has put the nut back on because when you hit hard the drum can release quick and hit you. But you hit hard the dog bone with hammer it will come off.

Let me dig up this info for you.
Here you go Pierre download this body manual that Alex Burr scanned. Go to page 20 and on and it tells you everything you need to know about putting windshield back in. Plus this is useful for your restoration.

In that version the pictures are pretty clear. Alex scanned them from original you can see the assembly pics very clearly.

Hey Pierre,
nice to see that you go successfully on in your restauration projekt. Nice paint job! The story with the brake drum is really bad, when i remove the central screw i can put them off by hand without any difficultys on my 52 Pacemaker, just a little "knock knock" with the hammer and they switch off... I wonder why yours doesn't ...
Go on trying, i think you will make it! And when it's done, give us a successful message...
