I just created a user account and password for him. Let's see if he joins us.
Maybe he likes the CC forums too much.

Hey hudsondad, glad to see (and hear) you again. BTW, your post is perfect. I though the same about your ID when I saw it.

Ya, especially since some (not me or anyone I know BTW) don't even know what oil to use.

Ya, either that or select from the following:
1. Use an oil that's so old that its gone bad
2. Use whatever is on sale
3. Add zinc - rip the anode rod of your water heater and grind it up
4. Use whatever someone you've never met is using or may suggest
5. Use an oil that's low in polyunsaturated fats and has no triglycerides
6. What's oil?

actually, if you look at it that way, we got 4 generations of the same name.
Hudsongrandkid is a bad little dude, his contributions are usually coming thru and hitting a few keys here or there....
what do you expect for 19 months...
Abby (hudsonlittlegirl) she's 5, maybe she'll join us soon....

The apples don't fall from the tree. Don't be too hard on Hudsongrandkid, he's just imitating you. Can't wait for Abby to come on board. I'll get my five year old nice, Abby, to join in. Now that would be a blast.

I have 8 and 10 year old daughters that can talk up storm, type pretty well too. Maybe a Jr Hudson subforum?
I also have an 18 month old, she likes to pound the keys and try to close the laptop. She can say computer (close enough anyway)
No creative usernames yet though.

They are interested a little now. They came to the HET meet with me today and admitted that they had fun. The oldest took a lot of pictures, she scrapbooks on the computer. It will be on my website.
The funniest thing is the baby. To her, every Hudson is "Doc". She makes engine noises and wants to ride in every one she sees. When she's upset at home, all I have to say is "Wanna go for a ride in the Hudson?" and she starts chuckling. Of course, then I have to follow through or I'm in big trouble:)
