Hi,
My name is Steve, I reside in Smithers BC. I have a 1928 Essex RS coupe that I have just finished last summer. It has a custom frame, TCI dropped axle, 9 inch ford rear and features 4 wheel disk brakes. I have Radir tri rib wheels and diamond back wide whites in big and little. The motor is a 340 mopar with a lumpy cam and 21/2 inch exhaust. I have painted it and done the interior myself. The car was bought by my dad in 1966 from the original owner and he gave me the car a few years ago. We had restored it together as a father and son project. I told him that I wanted to hot rod it so it could be a driver and he said go for it!! It is a cute little odd rod that gets alot of attention wherever it goes. I believe in driving them so it was built for that purpose. I still have the Hudson bug and I joined up with this forum so I could find a 49-54 coupe to build into a custom rod.

Welcome abroad Steve. That is a nice looking ride. Love that paint job. Nice interior that looks really good. A lot a times the rods look good on the outside and the interior looks poor. Interior on this one looks top rate.
