I would be giving this car a serious rust check before bidding. Rather buy the coupes already on ebay as you could not restore this for the price they are asking.

It's afully ratty to be asking $3,900.00 for it. Sounds like lots of rust and lots more that's probably unseen. I totally agree that buying one which has been well restored is a better investment.

If the front and rear floorboards are gone and the forward wheel wells I would be steering clear of this car. Unless you love welding...

You said it. Granted, the floors and wheel wells are rather tin compared to supports, I'd still be affraid to crawl under this car for fear it would collapse. I bet a good shop would refuse to put it on a lift.
