Hudson used the name to honor the USA's first warship as well as one from WWII, each of which were named Hornet.

Hi Kallis,
You are right, hornets are nasty looking insects and their sting can be very painful. Although Sweden is supposed to be very beautiful, I don't know if I would like to visit during your cold winters. Better to visit during the summer, when it is warmer and all the old cars are being driven.

Hey 51 hornet,
If it's too cold for you way up there, maybe a move to the south is in order. I'll put in a good word for you at immigration and, if you're nice, help you get a green card.

| yes the Hornet as well as the Wasp paid homage to aircraft carriers and their crews lost in the wwii pacific theatre. the hornet and wasp names have a long history in the navy dating back to the first two commisioned vessels for the continental navy. interestingly the aircraft of the Hornet which replaced the sunken Hornet in wwii destroyed more Japanese aircraft than those of any other except...the Essex!

Sorry, no pics yet. The hinges on the iron gates to the crypt are rusty. But don't worry, it's very cool down there (if you know what I mean) and I'm sure you'll like it. I'll hit the hinges with some lube while I'm checking the strikers and panhard rod.
Breakfast begins as soon as you start cooking it. BTW, I like my coffee strong, eggs over easy, bacon crisp and toast lightly buttered.
