I've seen other pics of this car on the Net. If I remember correctly, it's a Hornetwaspmaker model...if you get my drift.

Over the years, and assuming it's the same car, it has popped up in places ranging from a barn to a dumpy garage (maybe one in the same) and now this. Yeah, I'm sure it was appraised at a Zillion dollars, but I cease to see what that has to do with what a buyer is willing to pay? Plenty of people bought houses a few years back that were appraised for $500k and are now selling for $250k. The car is worth what a willing buyer is prepared to pay for it. People with $100k or more to invest in a car want to do just that. I seriously doubt that a buyer would see a timely and substantial return in their investment if they paid $110k for this car. As I see it, the owner should just give the car to me and call it a day.

I agree Dave you have the right attitude. You do not care its rebadged. Thats fine with you. Ok when do we drive down and pick it up. Of course the seller will have to reimburse our gas money.

As soon as the owner contacts me and forwards gas money, we can all go for a ride.
