hey Derby welcome to our site and congrats you are our 200th member.
The market for pre-50's Hudsons is a little soft now but that doesn't mean you cannot sell your car if you find the right buyer. Coupes are desirable but it all depends on the condition as its getting pretty expensive to restore these cars. Sometimes more than the car is worth.
Do you have any pics of it.? then we we can help you with a price. Where are you located? if you want you can email me the pics and I will post them.
hud51hornet @ hudsonmotorcar.org remove the hud at the beginning before sending.

Hey Derby,
As Sean said, don't forget to give us a heads up on your general location. Sometimes price depends on the market you're in, especially if you want to sell locally as opposed to doing an eBay auction. Pictures would be of help and you can't beat having your car exposed to viewers of this forum...for free! Since Hudson had three trim lines/series of cars in 1936, we'd need to know if it's a Custom 6, Custom 8 or DeLuxe. Also, we'd need to know the model. Two door coupes in all series were as follows: Brougham, Coupe, 4 Passenger Coupe or 2 DR Touring Brougham.
Welcome aboard!

In this condition you are looking in the 1-3 grand range. I saw a complete 40 coupe in a bit better shape than this go for 2k about 6 months ago. You are really going to need to find a buyer who wants to take on a project. Having all the parts is good.
Nicely restored coupes can hit the 30K+ mark but unless you are doing all the work yourself you can easily hit 20K+ of work to get close to that.
