Looks to be a nice pair of NOS fender Skirts on ebay...

for a 38. I am looking for a 38 so these might be nice to get a hold of though I think they may sell over $400

IMHO, these are a must for 38's. Without them, they look dumpy. I really dislike the design of the rear wheel openings.

Nah.... 38's look good tubbed....
especially a coupe.
37's would be better.
