Here is a 46 pickup that has been rodded and the ad would not be the same without the word rare. I find the work looks ok but its totally boring. Check out the dash. Not much effort design wise there. I have see some beautifully rodded trucks that upgraded the dash and kept the Hudson look. If you want to take the Hudson out of it why bother. Just hot rod any pickup.

I agree that truck would be sweet with a better thought out dash. That's a butthole dash. Totally streetrod common. It looks like the pre-punched fiberglass kit dash panels, molded to fit.
The overall shape would allow you to really Hudson it up, original gauges, nickel trim, woodgrain...... lots of woodgrain! Get rid of the stinkin 80s GM cloth interior! sure it's cheap and available, but about zero as far as creativity

Yup agreed, this one missed the mark. Rumor has it he wants round 50K for this. For that price I want to see the other two trucks that come with it.

You guys are right. You'd have to invest lots of time and money to put Humpty Dumpty back together again.

Details, details its all about the execution of details you need a concise coherent vision of where you want to go and what you are trying to do. This truck and its mods look to me like they are better suited to a S10. The chevy engine...Yawn....the seats and headliner...Yawn....the dash looks like it was completed by a grade school student using cardboard and colouring pens. And he wants 50K he has to be kidding. I have rodded a lot of cars in my day and when we were finished they didn't look like a run of the mill vehicle. When you are going to work to this level of design you better be 12 years old and working on a vehicle your Dad gave you.

When I win the lottery, I'll buy this and we can all go for a ride...to the junk yard. We'll set up our folding chairs, crack open the cooler and watch them convert this truck into a useful block of scrap steel. After all, you can't make scrap unless you have crap.

Dave such talk from you. We would strip this down and remove the tumors and replace everything with new donor Hudson parts we can save her Dave, we just need to believe.

Fine, fine, put on your ruby red slippers and click you heels together while singing "This Time It's Hudson." That may help...
