A little rich on the asking price, aye. Look for the mention of "fiberglass" for a good laugh.

You are paying for the engine and some trim that engine better be good for the price.

No, No...your paying for molds from which you can reproduce parts in fiberglass. Then they will fear you...

Yeah that kind of crap is funny and if you don't want parts stolen don't leave the car in a field for 20 years....

Maybe we should buy it and take it to car shows and let kids pretend its a crack house or tatoo parlor. I don't think today's kids would do the space ship or Al Capone thing the seller mentions.

I don't think we could move it without it imploding....

It shuld be fine as long as we don't space out and pull in front of a moving vehicle or create so much suction inside that it implodes...

The only thing holding it together is the dirt its stuck in any attempt to move will result in bags of rust to layout and make molds from....

if you get down to it, at least the guy is being honest about the condition.
I think it is funny that he used to play in any old cars, thinking they were space ships, or Al Capone's limo.... I doubt, that I would ever put something like that in an eBay auction, no matter how bad I wanted to close the deal.
You could probably move this one, even trailer it. I doubt you would want to bring it home, unless, of course you got an understanding spouse....

You could probably pour plaster into the impression the car left in the earth, once you sucked up the rust, and use it to make copies of the chassis. Or, use it as-is and pretend it's rust bucket space junk or Capone's limo, one he used after he went broke and flipped his lid from being riddled with STD's.

I freely admit when I go out in my Hornet I pretend its a Pirate ship and I am the captain. We are chasing small cars and I scream out the window "prepare to be boarded me hearty"
So I do understand what the ad is trying to impart. That the Hudsons are mythical beasts that lend themselves well to roll playing. I even wear a patch over one eye but I will admit it makes it a bitch to parallel park.

When I'm in my Hudson, I pretend that I'm Mr. Barit returning home from the Hudson Motor Car Company. I contemplate not building the Jet and how wonderful the new Hudson V-8 will be and how much money Husdon will make. Then, I imagine that I'll invite Mr. Mason of Nash to go hunting and I'll do him in and buy Nash. Then I'll kill Nash...

Dave,
that is a very worthy dream. Only thing in mine is I get to scream things out the window and dress up like a Pirate......so there.....

Oh, I guess you haven't heard that Mr. Barit did "dress up" and yell out the window too.
