When I am logged in, I can not get to the Download Section. I get the following error:
template->_tpl_load(): File themes/default/template/downloads/index.html does not exist or is empty
When I am not logged in, I CAN get the to download section but can NOT download anything.
I have tried on my two computers at home, two different libraries and my brothers PC in a different state.

What type of browser are you using? what I would do is on the computer you are using clear the cache and temp Internet files plus cookies then try logging in again. I hear of this error once in a while with people using IE.

Ok so do the clearing of cache, cookies and temp files and try again this usually fixes that problem.

Clearing everything, then rebooting the cable modem, the router/switch and then the PC did not work.
I only have IE 7.0 here at the house (on both PCs).
I was not "allowed" to delete stuff from the libraries computer.
Thanks for the help.
Is there any way send me the Sealt Belt directions?

Wow that is weird as no one else is having this problem. I can send this doc to your email address is the one in your profile current?
Also try loading up Firefox which is a far superior browser.

Yes, use the address that is in the public profile.
I will try Firefox later.
It is wierd that it is my account from many machines.
Oh, well. I have run into a few other unique PC issues that were very unexplainable.

I'm getting the same error when I try to go to Downloads.
I've tried IE and Foxfire. I just tried IE again with no luck.

Ok I will look in the log and see if I can figure out the problem so you are getting the exact error message from Pacemakers first post in this thread?
