Here is a rough but restorable 49 coupe. Runs so that is one down. The body looks like it needs lots of work and I would want to jack that car up and look under it very carefully.

Is that copper tubing in the gas line?
Air filter is where? How long has engine been sucking in dirt?
Taped wiring...seller say rewiring needed.
New plugs, wires, cap, battery and upper hose...it's a start.
Non-stock radiator. Eh.
Luxurious and rare upholstery from the now extinct Nauga.
Don't go peeking under cars that are up on jacks. If it's a rust bucket and it collapses on you, I swear I leave you there. You'll look like the Wicked Witch from the Wizzard of Oz, the one that the house fell on. Make sure you wear striped socks and your ruby red slippers.

As you know Dave, I do not use a jack I lift the car myself then look under. I am very strong.....
