Nice looking car and has Twin-H and three speed with OD manual tranny. The only detriment is the content of the Ad. A lot of BS about "True Collector" I hate that type of baloney. Just list the car and let is talk for itself.

Looks like mine, only a different (but very attractive) color and mine was professionally restored. Gee, I didn't know that the manual trans, dash and steering wheel were rare. Give me a break! People should spend more time taking photos and giving useful facts.

The price is at $10.100.00 (USC) and climbing! Don't let this change to buy the last year of the quintessential Hudson Step Down design get away.

The ad put me off. I won't consider it anyway I think of your 53 as mine so I have one already if you know what I mean....

Well then, I'd better start sending you the bills for the insurance, gasoline, maintenance, etc. :>)

C'mon guys....
he didn't say which rare three speed it was. MAybe it is a rare three speed...
He also said there was no rust on the car's original paint, which is not a lie, because paint can't rust, but all of the metal under the paint sure had rust....
Just seems to be the same eBay BS, throw in the word RARE a few times, it'll sell..... end of story.
Still a nice car.

I know the ad is full of BS, but the car is now at $12,600 and climbing! Maybe some judicious BS and the use of the word "rare" is the way to go. I don't think that people respond well to medium rare or well done when it comes to old cars.

1. Nothing to be jealous of.
2. Wrong. It's the rare steering wheel and dash.
3. Until the day he died.

It was so stunning the guy pulled the auction early. Oooh I hate when that happens.

He realized that his car was no competition for ours so he gave up and took this bat and ball home. Maybe he saw all the comments on the various forums and took the car off so he could straighten it out.

Dave you funny.
I thought it would have been cool to see what this car peaked at. It was a pretty nice car, even with the eBay ad BS and all.
