Ok Pierre,

the rear drums are on a tapered shaft so you have to use a puller like this one from ebay. www.ebay.com/itm/Unive...500wt_1180
You have to attach this to drum with wheel bolts that spin the screw into the hub shaft so it breaks the drum free. Be careful it can pop off fast. When you clean eveything up put a little non cease on the hub to make it easier to get off next time.

As you turn the screw, tap around the drum until she pops.

Have you taken the small access cover of the back brake plate and made sure the shoes are turned all the way in to they are not grabbing on the drum?

And are both sides this hard to get off? Plus you need to remove the cap on the hub remove the nut then get a can of spray penetrating oil and spray it into hub along the key way for a couple of days to break the hold the hub has on the taper. spin the drum and tap with hammer on all sides to further break hold. It will take a few days but it should free up.
