This looks like a pretty good deal. If the frame is in good condition this would be a great driver to fix up. Looks like ok BIN.

Interior is done it has Twin-H so already pretty good. A new paint job and you would have a pretty decent car.

You could do a great paint job on this for 5K and have a top notch car for 14k
