This looks ok until you see the interior. Looks like an accident with a garden hose. Be ok for a driver and replace the complete interior.

If the driver didn't have a bad GI problems which caused him to "blow" the cushion to smithereens, I'd go with dry rot. Judging by the stained headliner and rear seat, this car must leak like a seive. At least the materials required to de-rat the interior are included in the aution.
