somehow my IP got flagged as a spam source an I couldn't get in for a long time! anyway, I'm back and will continue to take part as much as I can.
If I could sell the Zephyr, I might even end up with that Commodore Coupe I've been lusting over for years....

| Maybe it's the server or firewall at work that doesn't like the IP of your server in the great white north?

Yeah, but it sure is great to be able to keep Hudsons in the forefront of my mind at work, my job responsibilities sure doesn't take too many brain cells. We have some new upper management people who have brought in their own crowd, and if you aren't one of the folks brought in from a previous company from which all of our director level and above formerly worked, you are not really a part of the team, your ideas and methods are no good, although you have 30 years more experience in the field than any of the new crowd. I fear that they are trying to force out older workers, without coming right out and saying that they don't want anyone over 50. Job reclassifications, re-assignments, work rules that should apply to children, not professionals in a field for 35+ years.....
I smell a mass retirement coming and the 3rd level management and above hasn't a clue. Screw em, I'll go on the Hudson board, sniff around for some of the things I collect, maybe sell my Lincoln, score that Commodore, and go live in the woods, or maybe a VAN, down by THE RIVER!
LOL!

Van down by the river would be cool. Just not one with gators in it.

| Don't need a river for gators, if you stomp a bootprint into the ground, and it fills with water the next time it rains, there will be a gator living there within a day or two. We really need them though, they help clean up dead animals, and keep us from being overrun with invasive species that have managed to get a foothold here in the world's finest climate. The only problem, up north when a hunter, hiker, or other nature lover "goes missing" you find them come spring thaw. Down here, if someone goes missing, they are gone, thanks to the gators, hogs and buzzards. That isn't always a bad thing........
